I do agree with you about the best ideal incision for approach and redo of
an aortic procedure. I have never tried an ICS incision for an aortic
procedure, I hope I would have the chance to see it. but I can also bet you
that resection of the 3rd ICS is not painful, and for sure - like anything
else- easy for he who knows how to do it.
You wanna bet ? .... playing a Piano Concerto for Rachmaninov ?
