[HSF] RE: Timing AVR/Coarctation repair

Staged correction of the pathologies .Severe aortic coarctation repair in a 50 y/o can be  avery difficult operation at times .If you proceed with AS first don't forget to perfuse upper and lower body during CPB and monitor BP in both segments.
