[HSF] postop hepatorenal insufficiency

yesterday I started the albumine drip and the urine output went up from 5 cc/2hrs to 10-15cc/hr.Today ıt is something around 20 cc/hr.unfortunately no VP in Turkey.This is the present condition of the patient: awke and alert on nasal CPAP(12 mmhg above PEEP which is 4 mmhg),BP:110/80( no inotrops),HR:120/min;IABP:1/1,CRe:3.2,ALT 456 AST780
