would you operate for a low gradient AS in such an age per se ?
with such calcific ascending aorta and arch, would you consider a
highly demanding procedure in such an age?
I guess the answer resides in whether the symptoms can be relieved
medically or not. Surely Surgery would not be with-hold from someone
who NEEDS it. you are the one who makes the argument.
