[HSF] Systemic PAP

To the Forum Members:

A 46-years old female who had MVR with a tissue valve 15 years ago presented
with severe MS of the prosthetic valve with some regurg  her evaluation
shows degenerated tissue valve some TR and systemic pressure in the PA

Any suggestions on how to handle her with this PA pressure? We plan to
operate soon
