Hal,
You commented recently on Tyrone's description of his results with the  SPV. 
I understood him to say that 400 patients had been followed for at least 7  
years with 55 structural failures. If so that is so then the results  are good. 
I know of no other tissue valve in which 400 patients have been  followed for 
7 years and more. Our numbers for the Perimount long term  follow up were far 
less than that. However Tyrone by his remarks obviously  expects them all to 
fail eventually.
