Erdinc,
  In private practice, I'm the junior and the senior member.  I  do have a 
clinical research coordinator who can help me gather data.   However, for now, 
she's completely immersed in existing projects.  I do  agree that following 
these aortics would be a really worthwhile eventual  goal.
