[HSF] ReAVR in an alderly

Dear members,
Opinion requested about the following case:
74 y/o male (operated AVR , Cryolife  in 1998)
good physical condition,NYHa class III-IV
Cardiac angio and cath:distal LAD %70,++++ Aortic regurg,good LV function,Aortic annulus 3.8,valsalva 4.1,STJ 4.2 ,ascending aorta 5.5 cm
Echo:Mitral regurg ++
planning to  take thoracic CT to evaluate the degree of root calcification and operate in 2 days.
