I have routinely used in redo,s and have done no of first time cases
without the cardiopulmonary cases using lima radial y,s and also routine
ima and veins and there is no question that the patients feel much
better earlier than carrying out the procedure through sternotomy

i was not in the meeting and cant comment on the presentation. All i can
say is if you use the pump and do a thoracotomy, you can hardly call it
"less invasive CABG". Or may be you can...less than a sternotomy with
pump!
