Since there are  a lot of litterature regarding stringed Lima s in less than significant (<70%) lesions I use a vein graft for both LAD and CRX on beating heart whatever the age is and then close the pericardium properly.In the future if any progression of the disease in the left territory happens a Lima can be used either through sternotomy or left thoracotomy.
