Dear Prasanna,
1.What do you mean by pulsuless?
2.Can you elaborate on regional CPD anticoagulation.YOu have used it instead of heparin ,I presume,why?Is the anticoagulant function followed by ACT?
3.I know that you  have the facilities for CVVHD,why you have used arteriovenous HD( as is seen from the picture)( cost?) and is it as efficient as CVVHD( in which the device controls so many parameters.
4.56 hours is  a very long period for  a filter .If you remember my young patient operated  for aortic root, in 4 or 5 days of CRRT we used 3 sets of HD filter(total cost around 1000 USD).Obviously this long period has something to do with the anticoagulation protocol.Can you please give more information in this regard.
