I think that if we are going to do this, and if this is going to be  
sponsored by drug/device companies, we should take full advantage of  
the power of the medical-industrial complex to a fault.  Might I  
recommend a chartered yacht with catering (such as Blue Moon), with an   
open bar.  Perhaps a sunset cruise with drinks on deck, followed by  
dinner, followed by cigars and port, and then we should be ready for  
the discussion.  Wouldn't that be sweet?
