[HSF] AVR post left pneumonectomy

Still collecting data - outside hospital echo shows severe AI with severe MR
- EF 45-50% (no sizes, but "normal").  RV pressures on echo 40-50, RV
normal.     DLCO=90% predicted  FEV1=1.4 l (40%).  Echo data does not make
sense to me - getting repeated.

the guy is all skin and bones.  Recent admit to outside hospital with severe
CHF.  Told inoperable (in fact - told he would die getting a cath) - but
told may have a perc stent option.
