What is the reason for having robotic capability in the hybrid OR? Do you expect to have substantial number of cases that would require both fluoroscopy and robot?
 
How do you actually justify funding of this facility? My understanding from institutions that have them is that facilities these ORs are grossly underutilized and may not be the best way to invest millions of dollars or have you found a specific demand in your centre? 
 
Hopefully such ORs will be the future but for many of us we still operate in 1970s style ORs.
