Ajit, from anecdotal personal experience I feel tranexamicacid is better 
than epsilon aminocaproic acid. We used to use both but I now prefer 
tranexamic acid = 10mg/Kg before CPB 10 mg/Kg on pump and 10 mg/Kg after 
CPB. There are various schedules ranging from 10 - 400 mg/Kg
