Roberto:
Thank you for your response. The conclusion of Fabricius and I am pasting it
from Medline is:
"CONCLUSION: ST-change and elevated CK/CK-MB enzyme ratio is highly
indicative for possible graft failure and should be followed early
angiographic control to assess the need for reintervention"
What I am looking for is the situation when one takes a patient back for say
bleeding with no EKG changes suggestive of any thing the patient is
otherwise stable and at re-exploration one would a twisted or compressed
graft but the patient shows no signs of ischemia I have seen this a number
of times both now and during my residency. I need references for this
Thank you very much

Dear Forum Members:

It is not uncommon to find acutely occluded graft in some patients without
EKG evidence of ischemia. I am in the process of looking it up for a talk I
just don't seem to find the references. Could some one please direct me or
quote a citation or two! Thank you
