[HSF] 21 Year old S/P TOF repair with Moderate to Severe AI, 1 cm residua...

Male, we did a redo VSD closure, about 1 cm, Trussler repair on prolapsing  
RC Cusp, and encircling annuloplasty of aortic annulus, and muscle bundle  
resection of RVOTO, TEE showed trivial AI, no VSD and no residual RVOTO. And for  
Hal, he was extubated 3 hours after surgery. Biggest problem today is getting  
his BP less than 140 systolic.
