[HSF] Problem of tautology, or boundaries of the types of thinking we bring to our methodologies

He never said he uses cardiopulmonary bypass! All he said was that his perfusionist said something! I worked in a hospital once where 'perfusionists' were being retrained in other roles because it was not uncommon for them to do only one case some weeks. Also posed regulatory problems as they struggled to meet the required number of pump cases (I think 100) per year required to maintain certification.
