[Bulk] [HSF] Mitroflow Valve

What needs to be done by a prospective new user of a device is first go to the literature on in vitro fluid dynamics testing particularly with several valves with equal mounting sizes.
Then look for the results obtained from clinical trials. If you can get access to the FDA trials the hemodynamic results are generally well donr because they are evaluated by an expert?"CORE LAB" which discards poor echos and uses consistent methods. Although I was a strong advocate of the use of echo for FDA trials because of the inconvenience, expense and patient discomfort ?of doing catheterisation to get hemodynamic data, it remains I believe the best method , so if you can fnd classical hemodynamic data on the valve you are interested in that is valuable information. Data should always include the size of the valve and preferqably the size of the patient. Average data for a collection of different sized valves is useless and should never be published let alone paid attention to.

THe valve has been use in Canada for many years.?
Very good hemodynamic.Good in small patient.Easy to implant.Low gradient at implant?
