What exactly do you mean when you say trashed mitral leaflets - is this a IIIA dsyfunction? Also when you say fibrosis in the liver I take it this implies liver cirrhossis? If so what is the state and prognosis of both his liver and kidney disease and is he (or will he be) eligible for liver and repeat kidney transplantation?
