[HSF] angiogram and Denying CABG

I turned down a patient today. 72y male,moderately severe mitral 
insufficience (which the cardiologist said did not need attention because it would improve 
with medical RX?) LV ejection fraction 20%+/-, moderate lesions in LAD, Circ 
& RCA, and severe stenosis in a medium sized intermediate and syptom is 
exertional dyspnea. 5 months ago he had a Whipple procedure for biliary duct 
carcinoma with 3 of 8 lymph nodes containing cancer. John Flege
