I had a great referral source developing from Eastern Long Island  in  the 
early days of coronary surgery. He sent me a case with at best a 40%  reduction 
in the LAD diameter and nothing else. The "symptoms" were  questionable. I 
told the patient he did not need surgery yet and should  continue to be followed 
by his cardiologist.. The cardiologist said I had  made him look foolish and 
never sent me another case.
