[HSF] Acrobat equivalent freeware

I just downloaded a freeware equivalent to Acrobat (It allows annotation 
highlighting etc etc) which even Foxit doesn't do in the freeware 
version. Loads a couple of seconds longer than Foxit but is  way faster 
than Acrobat.

I think it is a very useful tool. (I believe they are constantly 
upgrading it with newer features as per the user community).
