Nope.
I diagnosed this on the phone many a time .Many years back I did a
similar diagnosis via the Internet across the globe !!! (A HSF member
had posed a problem with his patient and it was diagnosed correctly)
A clue The patient had a bout of VTach - Vfib which luckily converted
spontaneously before Cardioversion was attempted. Wrong treatment can be
fatal in this condition.
