Ani,
  I'll be interested to read Flemeng's paper on the  durabilitiy of Barlow's 
vs. FED.  Don't keep me in suspense, which one is  better?  I'd predict 
Barlow's would be more durable due to the ability to  fashion a large surface of 
coaptation from the excess leaflet tissue.
