Erdinc,
  OK, so there were no branches visible by angiography.  However,  do you 
recall if there might have been RV or acute marginal branches visible on  the 
surface?  If so, it might have been worthwhile trying to graft  them.  I've seen 
what I considered trivial acute marginals make a huge  difference in RV 
function once they were grafted.
