[HSF] Severe AS in a frail male patient

Prasanna,
I started cardiac surgical (and in parallel cardiac cath lab by my colleaugues) in Tokat medical school in mid 2003 and these are those patients who have either been ignored by the health workers or themselves for years.Besides ,there are 3 inavsive cardiologists in our center which can and do PCI to most of the lesions of coronary arteries.Result: I am left with these patients.
The problem for this patient is his extreme weakness and whether his myocardium is in reversible or irreversible state(i.e myoc. fibrosis).Reviewing litterature ,and would be happy to have your and other experts inputs.
