Dear Dr.Batellini,
I have used axillary artery cannulation through a graft sewn to the artery for the fear of upper extrm. ischemia if the case last long.Bleeding through the graft have been very cumbersome and every now and then somebody has to aspirate the blood from the incision site. Lately  I have been tunneling the graft subcutaneously .
