Dear Dr. Batellini,
1.There was no response to CPR so the best option was to proceed with emergency operation and don't waste time with IABP.
2.No , we don't have ecmo.
3.He was not given the chance by cardiologists ( although everything was ready for operation).I am deeply sorry for this man.
