AW: [HSF] emergency surgical revascularization in acute LAD stentocclusion

Dear Dr. Batellini,
1.There was no response to CPR so the best option was to proceed with emergency operation and don't waste time with IABP.
2.No , we don't have ecmo.
3.He was not given the chance by cardiologists ( although everything was ready for operation).I am deeply sorry for this man.
