I don't remember, but are you in Egypt?  If so, please note Mr.  
Belsey used to speak very fondly about the times he spent in Egypt.   
He presented several patients (both adult and children) that he  
operated on there, and seemed most proud of his reception there and  
the surgical results he obtained there.  He really seemed to have  
loved Cairo.
