AW: [HSF] Image of the week - Aortic ulcer

[Dr. Roberto Battellini]

60 year old patient, has supportable back pain since a week, and
retrosternal low pain since a couple of days. He underwent a cath yesterday,
no coronary lesions. He has also a 56 mm wide abdominal aortic aneurysm. The
CT shows a dilated descending aorta with this ulcer, as you can see.
What to do? Tom Martin?

He will have something before Saturday, of course.
