[HSF] Rt thoracotomy MVR

There needs to be a differentiation between CABG and other nonvalvar Afib
versus Valvar 9mitral) Afib. Mitral lesions with Afib can still have a
pulmonary venous trigger that can be activated by  the acceleration of
conduction induced by CPB.Drug therapy usually slows down the rate till
natural conductuion is restored.
