I think your decision whether to replace the aortic valve and what valve to
use for the mitral should be influenced by whether this patient is intending
to have children.

You should replace the mitral valve trough thoracotomy, leaving a better
opportunity for an aortic redo for the future.

We have a 26 years old lady who had aortic valve replacement with tissue
valve and mitral valve repair 6 yrs back coming back now with mitral
stenosis . we are planning for prosthetic mitral valve replacement.
Should we replace the aortic valve now? It is normal by echo.
