OK, I will ask the question that I am sure everyone else is thinking....
What were the indications for the AAA repair (size alone? symptoms? rate
of growth?)
Why was an emergent cath ordered?
What was his pre-operative cardiac evaluation (we discussed this recently
and there is some question as to how much pre-operative testing should be
performed prior to vascular surgery)
.... dont go asking questions that you do not want to know the answer to.
