[HSF] AAA and CABG

Michael,
Vascular service is a different one from CT service in Israel - we are
working together in concomitant CEA+CT surgery and Endovascular stents. The
Pt was evaluated by cardiologist pre op - thalium scan - abnormal but was
cleared by this cardiologist for the AAA operation - anaesthesia (actually -
head of anaesthesia was called for consultation since the attending vascular
anaesthesia - very experienced one - had a "discussion" with chief of
vascular surgery - and the another cardiology consultation - cath etc..
BTW pt was operated today - doing fine meanwhile - will update.
