Colleagues, I have a 30 yr old male who had a homograft root AVR done at age 17 for bicuspid Aortic valve. He is back now with CHF, mean gradient 68 mmHg and normal LV function. Would anyone give him a mechanical valve through the conduit, given his youth? thanks chuckdouville
