[HSF] failed homograft 13 years later

What does he want?
No coumadin - Perimount

May have to do a miniroot or conduit.

Sometimes there is a plane between the native aorta and the valve 
which is usually calcified, allowing the allograft to be removed and 
leaving the aortic root free to do what is best.
