[HSF] failed homograft 13 years later

Chuck,
  With my limited experience as well as knowledge of the literature, I  doubt 
an AVR alone will suffice.  Homografts tend to develop diffuse  calcification 
with time.  I suspect you would have to do a full mechanical  Bentall.  Look 
out when you fashion the buttons.
