Which very likely, in their minds at least, is a major reason for their longevity. Particularly if you mostly operate on the sick young.

The striking thing when I went to Leipzig was that many of the patients
there are old while I have a generally young ones who are extremely sick .We
do get old people but many are more interested in having the Doctors keep
their hands of them and are not interested in tinkering with their bodies at
that age !!
