[HSF] Any One Had This Complication?

I too have taken care several patients with chronic refractory hypotension
(vasopledgia) - unfortunately they all go on to die.  We can never get them
weaned from levo/vaso/anything.... tried everything steroids/m.
blue/abx/HSforum postings..... this chronic problem has nothing to do with
ARBs/ACE - this is a whole different animal altogether
