[HSF] Any One Had This Complication?

Ani and Prasanna,
? I saw the patient this morning.? He's extubated.? He and his family were so grateful for him to be alive that they took a picture of me with him this AM.? I found out all that was resected was the sigmoid colon.? I reviewed the visceral angios from yesterday.? The celiac and SMA are widely patent.? Knowing that the IMA is usually sacrificed during an AAA repair, I still believe his LIMA was supplying important collaterals to his sigmoid.? He's afebrile with a normal white count and a benign abdomen.? I'm still pretty optimistic he'll make it.
