Yes, but there is another option if you don`t want the entire doses. The
absolute contraindication for the use of rTPA is 10 days after a surgery. I
will be concerned too and I will use it if the patient worsens its clinical
status.
But, there is another option using tpa with less doses:
Bolus of 5mg by direct vision of the interventional group.
