[HSF] LIMA harvest- extra pleural haematoma

how do you divide the branches - bovie? clips? harmonic? who takes
your IMA?
are you extubating in the OR or right away?
if I find a lot of mediastinal fat/tissue in that area, I will pack
with a little fibrillar, which combined with the positive pressure
from the vent, will help tamponade any smaller bleeders
