[HSF] Intimal Tears

That was what happened in my hospital (The jab turn and explore!!). Another
famous trainee goof is to pass a guide wire and forget to remove it leading
to either thrombosis or guide wire migration. I usually am looking with a
hawk eye when  residents  or new lecturers or fellows are around when
putting lines.
