Cordarone had been stoped 1 week ago.Repeated attempts of cardioversion Failed. Very good urine out put from 10 hours ago.ABG:PH 7.41 PCO2 65 PO2 58 SO2 92% (noninvasive CPAP 18 cm Hg,PEEP 3 mmHg,FIO2 32% and still decreasing it)
