I think most hospitals have these committees (not to mention departmental
M&M).  I sit on some of these at my hospital and people talk about cases all
of the time - I often wonder what the outcomes of these presentations are -
but I think they are set up to make sure there are not any systemic
problems.  As long as there are good reasons and patterns of problems do not
manifest themselves, then hopefully nothing with come of it......

Maybe I am being naive in my youth?

I seem to have enough to worry about...... just as long as I do my
best......
