yes ... I do agree with you .... just explained a concept of Suture
Annuloplasty vs Ring Annuloplasty. Used to do it with teflon pledgets.
Still, no experience in Tricuspid Pericardial / Gortex annuloplasty.  yet I
do agree with you in concept and perispective.
