Ani, nothing to add to your systematic analysis but remember that she was a middle aged lady going to have cardiac cirrhosis soon and ! there is no real transplant program and absolutely no assist device program here.TTE showed an EF of 40% up from 25% 1 year ago . This may be interpreted as an improvment after the 1.st operation.What I intended was to abolish severe TR to prevent  eventual cardiac cirrhosis.
