Yes, if you repair  a  documented tricuspid annular dialtation without severe TR  you won't be paid. Not that they won't pay the surgeon the ring will not be reimbursed.When the hospital  sends invoices to the social security organization it must use some codes e.g P606410 for off-pump CABG x '2 .There is a code for Devega plasty but no code for tricuspid ring annuloplasty.as for cardiologist it is another very long story .
