Roberto,
Can I have a copy.Anyway it is surprising that when you quickly glance
at the image and see the Konno Rastan  and see an extension into the
mitral you assume that every diagram is OK (When it was obviously not
!!!).I was concentrating more on converting the diagram (to a suitable
JPEG rather than focussing on the contents assuming it was from a
textbook !! Obviously it was an error !!)
That was the diference between seeing (with eyes wide and mentally
shut) and "visualizing"
Luckily Dr Frater pointed it out so that I could go back and get a
better illustration and modify it to our requirements.
